Design at 409 uses NZ Post for all sending in NZ

Once your parcel is picked up via our courier, or dropped off to the local Post Shop by us, it is no longer our responsibility for the delivery timeframe, or for late, missing or stolen parcels. Delivery time frame are subject to NZ Post policy and is completely in their hands.

How much is postage?

I use NZ Post for my postage. Residential North Island cost is $12.80. Rural North Island delivery is $17.80 PLEASE select rural if you are rural, as your parcel will not leave until you have paid the difference if you are rural. Residential South Island is $15.80. ANd Rural South Island is $23.80 PLEASE select rural if you are rural, as your parcel will not leave until you have paid the difference if you are rural. (Please note with rising costs of postage yearly - these price may be subject to change at any time)

Pick up free if you are wanting to collect from Hastings South, Hawkes Bay. Address will be given once item/s are made and ready to collect.

 

How long do orders and postage take?

As I am doing all this as one person, I say approximately 2 to 3 days from ordering for your order to be ready to send. (Although I am often a lot quicker than that!) And then NZ Post put their target delivery time at 1 to 3 days. Although please remember that is ONLY a target date and may take longer, especially to rural. So please be patient as everyone along the chain is just doing their best. Best to order as early as you can to avoid dissapointment.

Also please note, that once I have posted your order, it is then in the hands of the postal service and completely out of my control as to delivery time frame and I can take no responsibility for anything arriving late.
