Do you make custom orders?

Not often but occasionally… How it works - I design and cut website orders and I am very fortunate to have other non website laser work I do every week for a creative group also. Any extra on top of that, just depends on my current workload week to week and my order volume on the website as to whether I am available for custom. As much as I would love to do it all, unfortunately I am unable to do extra custom often. You are welcome to contact me and ask on the off chance I may be available.

PLEASE NOTE: I do have some custom listings on the website like custom name toppers etc. But please do not choose specific listings and add random custom words to them. I won't be able to do the order and will refund on the order. Sorry! 

 

What do you do?

I design and create cake/cookie decorating products, cookie stamps, stamps with cutters and loads of other rad goodies! I laser cut products using a CO2 laser cutter, sent all around New Zealand.

What are your hours?

As it is just me wrangling everything as well as having a family (and sometimes a life!) my plate tends to get rather full, I work all sorts of crazy hours! I currently do 5 days a week via email - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.30pm. If emailing outside of these hours, I will reply as soon as possible the next day or after the weekend.

How do I order?

The ordering process is pretty straight forward and can be done through this website. Choose what you would like, add to cart and then follow the instructions to fill out your details etc. and then payment. I will then cut your order and get sent off as soon as possible. Please allow a few days for order to be sent after ordering. 

How much is postage?

I use NZ Post for my postage. Nationwide courier tracked is $9.50 for non signature (meaning the parcel will be left - this is at your own risk) I also have the option of signature required which is $13.50 and recommended to avoid stolen parcels. 

Rural postage is $12.50 Please be sure to select Rural if you are rural as this is a lot more costly postage and is often over this pricing above when sending. (Please note with rising costs of postage yearly - these prices may be subject to change at any time)

Pick up is available from Hastings - use code PICKUP to take shipping off your order and details of where to collect when ready will be sent to you. (Hastings West)

Where do you ship to?

Within New Zealand.

How long do orders and postage take?

As I am doing all this as one person, I say approximately 2 to 3 days from ordering for your order to be ready to send. (Although I am often a lot quicker than that!) And then NZ Post put their target delivery time at 1 to 3 days. Although please remember that is ONLY a target date and may take longer, especially to rural. So please be patient as everyone along the chain is just doing their best. Best to order as early as you can to avoid disappointment.

Parcel delays may occur due to weather events etc. Please be patient and if your parcel has taken longer than the estimated delivery time (3 days) - you can call NZ Post on 0800 501 501 and query it from there. (Please note - the day the parcel is sent is not considered a working day - it is from the next day)

Also please note, that once I have posted your order, I can no longer take responsibility for it as it is then in the hands of the postal service and completely out of my control as to delivery time frame, delays, hold ups etc. and I can take no responsibility for anything arriving late or being stolen. No refunds or replacements will be issued. If you are worried about something being stolen from your address, please use the signature required option.

Do you have a shop?

No I don't have a shop or somewhere to visit sorry, I am a small at home based business.

How can I contact you?

I work online and run my business as an online based service (this website), and therefore do not have a contact phone number. You can email anytime of course and I can get back to you as soon as possible. Do you offer refunds or returns or swaps?

No unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds/returns/swaps as everything is cut when ordered. So please choose carefully when ordering as once ordered and paid for, your order will be final, cut and sent. If you have chosen wrong I am unable to do a swap sorry. If you order the wrong product, email me asap and we can hopefully change if the order hasn't already been cut.
