Refunds
Sorry but I do not accept refunds as once you have ordered, your products are cut for you. So no returns or refunds can be accepted.
Damages and issues
Design at 409 is not responsible for any damage caused by NZ Post during the postal and delivery phase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged (or if you receive the wrong item), so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it with a solution. You should send a photograph in it's original packaging and we can go from there.
